Turkey Burgers

These are delicious and easy to make. Slightly modified from this excellent recipe on the web.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • diced onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 T olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the oil.
  • Form into 5 patties.
  • Heat oil over medium heat.
  • Cook patties approximately 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and inside temperature is 165.
  • Serve plain or eat on a bun with all your favorite hamburger ingredients.

Weight watcher points per patty (Fall 2024):
If use 93% fat ground turkey: 7 points
If you use ground turkey breast: 2 points
