Turkey Burgers
These are delicious and easy to make. Slightly modified from this excellent recipe on the web.
Servings 5 burgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 T mayonnaise
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- diced onion (optional)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (panko or regular)
- 2 T olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the oil.
- Form into 5 patties.
- Heat oil over medium heat.
- Cook patties approximately 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and inside temperature is 165.
- Serve plain or eat on a bun with all your favorite hamburger ingredients.
