Banana Nut Bread

The Recipe

Ingredients Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients (including sugar) in a bowl.
  4. In a separate, larger, bowl beat eggs and then stir in butter, buttermilk, and banana and mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture and stir just until blended.
  6. Gently stir in nuts.
  7. Bake 50 to 60 minutes till toothpick comes out clean. Bread will also start to separate from pan.
