This is good with Mildred's Chocolate Roll. Also good on ice cream and other dessert items. Makes about 1-1/4 cup.
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Put chocolate chips and cream into a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue to cook and stir until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
