Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Sauce

This is good with Mildred's Chocolate Roll. Also good on ice cream and other dessert items. Makes about 1-1/4 cup.

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Put chocolate chips and cream into a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Continue to cook and stir until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
