Balsamic Vinaigrette
We really like this salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 T honey or agave syrup
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix everything in a jar and shake, shake, shake. Shake again before serving.
- Stores well in the refrigerator. The olive oil might harden after being in the fridge. Set out to "thaw" before serving or in a pinch, put in the microwave for a few seconds.
