Balsamic Vinaigrette

We really like this salad dressing.
Course Salad, Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T honey or agave syrup
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a jar and shake, shake, shake. Shake again before serving.
  • Stores well in the refrigerator. The olive oil might harden after being in the fridge. Set out to "thaw" before serving or in a pinch, put in the microwave for a few seconds.
