Balsamic Vinaigrette
We really like this salad dressing.
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 T honey or agave syrup
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Mix everything in a jar and shake, shake, shake. Shake again before serving.
Stores well in the refrigerator. The olive oil might harden after being in the fridge. Set out to "thaw" before serving or in a pinch, put in the microwave for a few seconds.
