Mile-High Recipes
Below are some recipes Charlie and I like to make. Many are healthy. The exceptions will be obvious. These instructions work for our mile-high elevation here in Albuquerque. They’ll probably work well most places, but, if your elevation is a lot different, keep that in mind.
If you choose the WW button below, you’ll get a grid of recipes that are point-friendly for Weight Watchers. Some may not be included in the Mile-High list since they aren’t necessarily recipes we’d share with others (except perhaps other Weight Watchers), but they are great for satisfying us and keeping our points down.
